Her fiction and poetry have appeared in Fractured Literary Anthology Volume 4, Pinhole Poetry, The Turning Leaf Journal, and elsewhere. She was shortlisted for The Masters Review’s Short Story Award for New Writers.

She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband and daughters. When she is not writing or practicing medicine, she tends a vegetable garden, explores wilderness, and wonders about the unknown.
